How to delete your Sarafa Book account and data.اپنا اکاؤنٹ اور ڈیٹا کیسے ڈیلیٹ کریں۔ (متن انگریزی میں)

Fastest way: open the app → Settings → Delete account. It takes a few seconds.

In the app

Open Sarafa Book and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Can't open the app?

Email ribtsam0@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Sarafa Book account" and the phone number you signed in with. We will delete the account and reply when it is done, normally within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, market, photo) and your phone number registration.
Every deal in your deal book, and your notification settings.
Your sign-in (you can sign up again later with the same number as a brand-new account).

What is kept

Directions you took part in stay as a record for the other traders. They are cancelled if still open, and your name on them becomes "Deleted trader".
Anonymous crash reports kept by Firebase Crashlytics for a limited period; they contain no deals.
